Prayer Letter from Alice

Hello everyone,

I am trusting that you are well. Having said that, I am aware of a number of people who are not well and others having real battles in their lives at the moment. Please join me in Prayer for people known and unknown to you, who are having problems. Thank you.

It is holiday time, but what of the holidays that have been arranged with all the uncertainty, with or without children… I do hope and Pray that arrangements can be made for you and your family; it is essential you have a break.

We are still holding early morning Prayer Meetings in our Church on Zoom and have done so since Lockdown started. Last week the Pastor who was leading the Time of Prayer read from Psalm 139 verses 23 and 24.

                                        23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
                            Test me and know my anxious thoughts.
                                      24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
                               And lead mein the way everlasting.

As he started to read this passage, the word “Search” stayed with me. God does this sort of thing to me regularly.  “You need to think about this Lass, hang in there; as I want this in the PL”, kind of comes through from My Heavenly Father at the time.

“Search” is a big word in your vocabulary as Police. Looking for lost people, drugs, money, criminals and seeking out evidence.  How important it is for justice to be done and seen to be done by yourselves. To make a better world for all of us.

God wants us to be Shining Lights for Him, sorting out those parts of us that do not Bless Him and in turn to bring Light and Love into the lives around us.

God Bless you and use you for His Purposes this week.

Many Blessings In Him and His Love
