Prayer Letter from Alice

Hello Everyone,

I returned home in the car a few days ago. As I left the car on my drive, my eye immediately fell on a beautiful flower. Here is a photo of it below –

I understand that this flower is a Viola, part of the Pansy Family.

I am reminded of two things, a verse we find in Matt: 6. 28-30,

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

And secondly, this flower is just slighly larger than a 5p piece.

It was nestling amongst some overgrown grass  – but I saw it.

Please can I encourage you – that no matter how insignificant you believe you are –  you are outstanding;  because God made you too. Be available and brave where He has placed you; so that you are noticed; not for who you are but for the Lord who created you and lives in you.

May you shine for Him

Together in Christ
