This year has flown by and thankfully the Lord has stayed with us every step of the way. Hallelujah!!
This will be my last Prayer Letter this year, my Daughter is arriving from The States so I need to spend time with her and the rest of the family.
I am so aware right now of the rush everyone is involved with; in moving towards Christmas. More than half of our population does not have a Christian Faith. But somehow it is important to celebrate but not, sadly, The Lord.
In amongst your celebrations and work to which you will be committed – even on Christmas Day, I trust you will be able to spend time with your family and with The Lord.
Here below is a web site that will open for you to hear a song by Graham Kendrick. It is possible thoughts that Mary and Joseph may have had, as they moved up to and beyond the Birth of Christ.
Finally, a verse I want to leave with you. As we walk towards Christmas and God brings across our path someone who does not know Him, – this could be the moment that will start this person on the road that will make every future Christmas different as they begin to know Him through us. I Pray the following for all of us. Col 3.12.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, Holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with Compassion, Kindness, Gentleness, Humility and Patience.
May we know This Armour around us during our special Celebration Time.
In His Grip.
