When you put on that uniform for the first time, you become a leader. You are firmly in the public eye. Even brand new, and out of your depth, you’re expected by press and public to have all the answers.

National Police Chiefs Council have recognised that ‘ally-ship’ is a key factor in the police service becoming all that it can be. A well known African proverb states – ‘If you want to go far, go together.’ Should it surprise Christians that essentially it is all about relationships? When that is exactly what God made us for in the first place?
