Prayer Letter from Alice

Hello Everyone,

I trust that you are well. In the last few days, I have received the following, from a recipient of the Prayer Letter:

“I have recently been struggling with my faith. Well to be more strictly accurate, pretty much ignoring it. However, God must be up to something because I have received messages from Surrey CPA members with their prayers for me. It’s almost like getting a tap on the shoulder from God saying: Despite stumbling, I still love you. Can we get on with the business of being a disciple?”

I found that so refreshing, someone being very honest with where they are; God instigating a few Christians around this person to encourage them and then – to “Hear” from God.

I have discovered that during this Pandemic, people have either grown much closer to God, or have moved away from Him.

This morning, the Hymn “When I survey the Wondrous Cross” crossed my path. The final words –

“Love so amazing, So Divine, Demands my soul, My life, My all”.

Live in the Love of Jesus He has for you this week.

Many Blessings

Alice.
