I truly mean it when I say, I trust you are well.
I want to share this Testimony sent to me by one of our Officers; earlier this week for your encouragement; this Officer had had quite a painful back:
“On Sunday just gone I was able to get out for a lovely walk just around my neighbourhood for the first time and it was really beautiful. It was trying to snow and the air was lovely and fresh. About halfway around my walk I was suddenly given the urge to sing Psalm 23 and once I had started singing it, I could not stop. It gave me such a sense of peace. It is so wonderful how God talks to us when we least expect it but when we really need it”.
As a Church we regularly meet for early morning Zoom Prayer Meetings. This week, our Pastor led us with the story where Jesus is on his way to Jericho and a blind man calls out to Him. Luke 18.35-43
I know this story so well but this time a phrase stood out to me, as never before –
Jesus was not in too much of a hurry to ignore this man.
He asked the man what he needed
The man explained and Jesus answered his request.
Jesus has stopped to listen to you today, please tell Him of your need, in this unbelievable time in which we find ourselves.
My Prayers are with you and your Family. May you know moments of talking to Jesus. He wants to know all about you.
Finally, I want to thank you very sincerely for all you are and do.
Many Blessings in His Name.
