Prayer Letter 17th August 2018

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for the response to last week’s PL.

As I prepare to bring together the writings for this week, I am again aware of the happenings that took place in London this morning – Tuesday. Yet another attack near the home of our Government. The films continue to show the indescribable bravery of the immediate Police who arrived to surround the car; containing unknown threats. Massive admiration for such people. This I realise is what you all face every day, the unknown… And again, I want to express my gratitude to each one of you. A “Big Thank You”.

For Prayer

  • Paul’s treatment started late in hospital last week due to the lack of a bed for him. He will now be feeling the aftermath of another Chemo Treatment. Paul has lost his sense of taste and finds that all food and drink is disgusting, which in turn has led to loss of weight. It has also become obvious that his veins are showing wear and tear as a result of the Treatment. Paul would appreciate much Prayer about these various factors.

We have experienced another attack upon our Land. There is one thing I am sure of; as it says in Heb: 1.8. “Your Throne O God will last forever and ever“. Hallelujah. Nothing can shake our God in Whom we trust.

May you know the enduring Care of Your Heavenly Father.

In His Precious Name.

Alice.
