Prayer Letter 15th December 2017

Hello Everyone,

Many Thanks for the replies to last week’s Prayer Letter.

This will be the last Prayer Letter this side of Christmas, so for Prayer –

  • Peace to reign throughout this special time and for all 999 Services.
  • Prayer too for Police Families as they watch a Member of the family going out on duty.

I have seen on the TV, the Memorial Service in St Paul’s Cathedral for the Grenfell disaster. I saw Commander Stuart Cundy of the Met (and formally of Surrey) in the Service. Please continue to Pray for him as he heads up this Investigation and all those working with him

Last week I attended the LCPF Carol Service in London. There I met a Member of Commander Stuart Cundy’s Team – an FLO for the Grenfell Families. So much Prayer needed for all involved; bereaved, all 999 Services that were and still are involved. Also, ongoing help which is sorely needed.

Whilst at that Service, the Pastor who spoke talked about the “Favour of God” upon Mary. An insignificant female whom He chose to be the Mum of Jesus.

As I listened, I realised that often we as individuals feel insignificant. I want to encourage each one of you at this special time, in Surrey Police, Sussex Police and The Met Police, you are all very precious to The Lord. He sent His Son to the world for you. Please live in the good of that as you go through Christmas.

“For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace”. Is:9.6

Please feel free to contact me at any time, I will be pleased to hear from you.

Have a wonderful time In Him.

Happy Christmas.

Every Blessing.

Alice.
