Prayers 4 Barcelona, Cambrils & Finland?2017:The Year Of Difference:Walk In The Light of Jesus Christ

“And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil” John 3:19 KJV

We have seen the attacks & again we are plunged into a world of “Why’s? & Hows?”. Whilst the world tries to figure out the answer, for the tragic loss of innocent lives, Jesus Christ our Lord & Saviour said it plain & straight in the above Scripture. It is real & relevant today. There are those in this world who have given themselves over to evil “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold” Matt 24:12 They love the dark rather than walking in The Light. Jesus is The Light & today, let us shine the Light of His love on those who did & do, these wicked deeds motivated by lies & hate. They will know Jesus by our Love in return of their hate. The families of the victims who died this week need our love & prayers; their children, spouses, partners, siblings, friends & colleagues do too. The enemy wants to leave a legacy of us living in a world steeped in terror, as the list of names of those struck down, grows longer. This is only for a time, the prince of darkness, the prince of this world Scripture names him, knows the reign he has is almost over. God will step in “But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by”.

Those targeted this week & in previous attacks are our neighbours, our loved ones; yes, it could so easily be us & we cannot stand by saying “how sad it is” but doing nothing. We are under attack both physically but more so spiritually & the answer is this; on our knees, in fervent prayer to God above, for deliverance. Do not live in fear because God is with us; Isaiah 50:10 says “Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God”; even if this world gets more darkened by these evil acts, do not conform to this darkness. Do not live with hate. Do not crumble. Give it all to Jesus Christ & look up, keeping our eyes fixed on Our Father, staying alert, knowing the signs spoken by Him throughout Scripture, especially in Matthew 24, Luke 21 & seeing the fulfilling of the 7 Seals broken in the book of Revelation from chapter 4; as in the natural, physical ways of keeping safe in a climate of ‘terror’, we need to be alert in the spiritual, fervent in prayer & reading the Word of God because “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” Luke 21:28 KJV

I know some may say may question “why?” but I implore you to join us & pray for our enemies, those who do these evil acts. Let us not stir up hatred or keep it in our hearts. The condemnation of these atrocities must be spoken of without fear, in peace but the love of God must supersede this hate. “For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.” Those who have done this evil act shall face God on that fateful day, there is no getting away from it & we do not need to take revenge for these acts. God is in control no matter it appears to look like. No matter what man says. Those who commit acts of terror do not do it in Gods name. Let us pray for the broken hearts & the brokenness caused by the action of those who wonder in darkness. Let’s us continue to pray for Gods mercy & peace upon us all, in Jesus precious name, amen.“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”??

God be with the families & friends of every victim of terror attacks this week & beyond. Pray once again for the amazing Emergency Services tired in battle but going on relentlessly to help the victims & bystanders & for trying to keep them safe. Pray for the Governments dealing with this terrible situation for direction & wisdom in how to proceed. It is Barcelona, Cambrils & Finland the worlds’ hearts pour out to now but please do not let the victim’s passing be for a fleeting moment of news history but in their honour, let us bind together in prayer & do something.

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”Matthew 24:14

ONLY by sharing of The Truth, The Gospel of Jesus Christ, the goods news of salvation, mercy & freedom, will the yoke of any bondage be broken, removing the scales of blindness from those who ‘think’ they are in ‘the truth, fighting a good cause’; causing this deep hate because they who know Jesus have seen a great light but now we must help others; “The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up” Matthew 4:16 Jesus came to set the captives free & he who is free is always free!

Let them know Jesus by His love & Light in us (John 3:35)# ??4 Peace remembering the victims Barcelona, Cambrils & Finland?

God richly bless you, Samantha

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
