Prayer Letter 14th July 2017

Hello Everyone,

Those of you in the Surrey area, will know that Woking is a building site, has been and will be for quite some time. This has resulted in roads being closed/eliminated. Through traffic is filtered down roads that remain. It means that there has been a large increase in the traffic passing by my Church building. So I am very aware of the sirens when I am on Reception Duty- Police, Ambulance, Paramedics and the Fire Station is opposite! As a siren approaches and passes, I Pray. Our Emergency Forces are so busy. Again I want to take the opportunity to say a “Very Big Thank You” for who you are and what you do.

Prayer request today

* Officers and Staff juggling money issues and home life situations. Work is full on, then you return to those happenings that involve you and your family. Please Pray for each other in this area.

The story of Jonah seems to be crossing my path regularly. He chose not to do what the Lord asked him to do, he went in the total opposite direction. When he realised things could not get any worse, he called out to God. Jonah was given a second chance. This so speaks to me, I know what I should do, but I don’t, then I pay the consequences for that. Please be assured today that no matter where you are with God, He has not taken His Eye off of you. Hebrews 13. 5 says in the Amplified Version, “I will never relax my hold on you”.

Wherever you are this coming week as you carry out your duties, The Lord is always with you.

My daily Prayers are with you.
Blessings in His Name
