?? 4Afghanistan??As We??4Peace in Manchester ??;2017?The Year Of Difference:Walk In The Light of Jesus Christ

“And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these” Mark 12:31 KJV

The devastating attack on innocent people in Afghanistan yesterday needs for us to seriously pray. There is no regard for life- none. This crime against humanity, shames us all. As we remain in prayer for the people of Manchester and all those affect by the terror attack, we must not forget the atrocities of over 90 deaths & hundreds critically injured. The victims are children who were on their way to school & people who were going about their everyday business, their lives ahead of them & now cruelly snuffed out; their families & friends, devastated, by such evil which took their loved one’s lives. Evil is evil no matter what creed or colour. This is wickedness beyond words but we will stay in steadfast prayers against such abhorrent wickedness & ask God for deliverance and healing. Lord Jesus today we beseech You to bring peace as only You can. Don’t let the enemy say “Where is your God? or ‘ah ha’ over your children”. By the bowls of mercy & compassion, we beseech You Father to come. Stop this hatred. Forgive us our trespasses. Heal us & this world from the brokenness which values life at nought. Lord send help from Your sanctuary, we are plead for help to strengthen & comfort those suffering in Afghanistan. We pray for the emergency services on the ground & all those helping the people in Kabul. The humanitarian emergency response to this atrocity is vast & Your guidance & wise council Lord, is critical.

Please, please, join us here at LPCF & pray for the people of Afghanistan, the families of the victims & the many injured. Pray as though it were your own loved ones, your own children & your own family & friends. Our own country. Each & every life is precious no matter what country we are from. Continue to lift up The People of Manchester as they heal & recover from the attack on them & please pray for all those affected by the evils of terrorism around the world. Pray that they will not only be comforted & experience Gods love & joy but mostly His peace. We pray Lord that healing comes to them too & the Spirit of forgiveness prevails over hatred, forgiving those who commit these crimes just as Joseph said; “And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God? But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. Genesis 50:19&20. In God’s hands intended evil becomes good. He is in control. Keep teaching us to love our neighbour as You taught us to, even when it’s so very difficult & help us to walk boldly, not in fear, in Jesus name, amen??

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
