PRAISE BREAK??2017?The Year Of Difference:Walk In The Light of Jesus Christ

I greet you all warmly, in Jesus Mighty Name. He IS mighty you know, taste & see. He invites us to do so.

Recently we were asked to pray for a young man called Andre who had been struck down with meningitis. His organs were failing and he was close to death. Doctors informed the family of the seriousness of his condition and they asked us, the family & body of Christ to pray. The news returned that Andre’s condition was worsening & his heart was failing. Prayer may not appear to be working to some, indeed to many but God works behind the scenes & when we think all hope is lost He declares His Sovereignty for all to see! Days after, I was informed that Andre was not only “awake, having physiotherapy and making sound progress, praise God!” –medically this should NOT be so- but with witnesses all around, patients, medical staff & visitors to Hospital ward, Gods limitless supernatural authority, stepped in where sickness tried to rob Andre’s life & where man’s limits can only go so far.

Yesterday, the jubilant & triumphant sound of victory rang throughout the hospital as the doctors examined Andre and declared he could be discharged! I was informed last night that Andre is preparing to go home today! Hallelujah???? ‘Why all the fuss?’ you maybe saying or thinking but when you see the images of Andre in hospital, you will know why this is a victory! If you heard the cries of his family especially his parents & siblings, you will know why this is a victory! When you know just how close to death Andre was, you will know Jesus IS Our Healer Deliverer. This is the victory cry! Taste of Him.

In giving God thanks in this praise break, we testify of Gods greatness, might & Rhema Covenant Promise to us, God spoke over us; you, me & Andre in ‘Exodus 15:26’ “I AM The Lord That Healeth Thee” because we are from the seed of Abraham, adopted into the family of God. ‘Isaiah 53:5’ states emphatically & without controversy, that JESUS was wounded for our transgressions (sins), bruised for our iniquities (immoral & unfair behaviour) the chastisement (the rebuke & serious remand) of our peace was upon him; and with HIS Stripes we ARE healed.” Walk in your healing, ‘HOW?’ you ask, when laid up in bed like Andre was & can do nothing, or restricted by sickness as I was. ‘How?’ when the mind is in turmoil & the battles are raging? ‘How?’ when I’ve been sleeping rough or running scared & sick by it & so sick of it all, too? ‘How?’ when I prayed but my loved one has died? Yes even in death, God is still able to keep us in His perfect peace.

‘How’ is simply by believing & trusting that GOD IS! He will fight for you. He will get help to you. He will pluck you from despair. He will heal you. When waiting is too difficult & it gets that way, I truly know it does; its overbearing even & exhaustingly so; Jesus knows & He meets us in our broken, low state. His grace is able to keep you. We are delivered.

Will you help us pray on? If you need prayer, if you don’t know how to pray, if there is someone you would like us to help you pray for, WE will intercede for others in sincere faith to God. He KEEPS His word. He KEEPS His Promises.

Thank you Lord for Your love??

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
