Verse Of The Day??

“There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves” ‘Job 34’:22  KJV

What great assurance! FACT! There is nowhere to hide for the enemy who persecutes the children of God.  “Fret not yourself for evil doers”, God will stand for us. Our Father will not leave the enemy to devour us, for He is ‘The Good Shepherd‘, anoints our heads with, He placing a supernatural cover of protection over us then he makes a table for us in the presence of our enemies. And our job?- It is to pray for our enemies, those who persecute and gossip, lie even abuse us and cause harm to us. We must turn the other check. Why? I hear you say? Because Jesus did it for us! Because He forgave us even before the foundation of this world. Because He was bruised & beaten for our sins, the ones we daily commit- yes we do & the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, He thought about the time to come when we would need peace so we can function. A troubled mind has no rest. It is distracted. We can’t focus. We can’t pray! But with peace will Jesus satisfy us. AND “by His stripes”/lash, every single one He took, “we are healed”; all of the sickness the enemy places on us- we are healed even if we have to leave this temporal home on earth to receive the beautiful body prepared for us in Heaven! Indeed, let us pray and examine ourselves that we are not causing harm to others. Today make sure our tongues speak life & bless instead speaking bitterness and pulling people down, we too cannot hide our ‘actions’ from God. We are to ensure our hearts are forgiving and pliable to change, without judging others. Let us not become enemies of God! When we do what is right, we glorify & represent Him!

We must put all of our trust and faith in Jesus & He will deliver us. Be reassured, The Conquering Lion of Judah will roar for us!?

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
