Verse of The Day??

“Beloved now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is” 1 John3:2 KJV

“Mercy Me” (& another version by Tamela Mann) sang ‘I can only imagine’ what it would be like to finally see Jesus The Lord God, in all His Righteous Glory and for me to be dressed in new robes by Him, to worship & have no more pain or suffering. Just to see Him & be in His presence. To be reunited with loved ones who returned home to Paradise & Jesus reunites us. The song continues “Will I dance for You Jesus or in awe of You be still? Will I stand in Your presence or to my knees will I fall?” I can’t begin to imagine the wonderful splendour of Heaven. But I know I want to be there & whilst I wait on this earth, I am seated with Jesus in Heavely places. We have gifts & talents, the call is for us to bring in the souls into The Kingdom of God, to love, forgive, walk uprightly in obedience to Him on this narrow road, to feed the hungry & homeless, the lonely, those in war-torn areas, the children & help the sick. Please don’t waste time, don’t waste the talent you have been blessed with, use it to the glory of God for little is much, when He is in it. “Oh I want to see Jesus, my God, to look’ upon His face”, do you??

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
