Saying a Prayer For You??

Blessings in the name of Jesus Christ our Supernatural King,

Do you know that Jesus has several names to reflect who He is as The Ultimate Healer? Amongst the plethora of names given to Him are; Jehovah Rapha The Lord who Heals; The Balm in Gilead, The Great Physician, Jehovah Mephalti – the Lord my Deliverer and of course God, The Healer, for by HIS  STRIPES – every single one that He took for us on the road to Calvary, we are healed!

I shared this message a few days ago as God laid it on my heart by His Divine Inspiration. Did you know that when we pray, the God of Heaven? hears us, our prayers are recorded & God is moved beyond compassion? Well, He does. Our prayers go beyond prison walls, beyond medical science, way beyond natural barriers. Nehemiah in the Bible, cried for the plight of the people and at hearing the message of the decay the Temple (which were in ruins) was in & the Heavens responded. Why pray you may ask? There is a supernatural interaction which occurs when our faith touches the supernatural God’s heart and “..He is moved by the feelings of our infirmities..” We talk to Jesus believing that He is able. Jesus implored us that “..men always ought to pray..” & “to pray without ceasing.” He delights when He sees our faith look up to Him & Him alone. When we call on Jesus mountains have to fall!??

Please join me in prayer & stand in agreement for the following requests in Jesus name;

  • Pray for the people of the Caribbean in the wake of Hurricane ‘Matthew’. Sadly, there has been over 300 deaths and many injured. Much devastation and unsanitary conditions currently remain. The people of Haiti have suffered a loss of life of almost 1,000 people and many more injured. Many of the makeshift camps they were still living in since the big earthquake, were washed away and many died as a result of this. The USA especially Florida have death and devastation too. Please pray for help to be quickly received by all in these areas and if WE can offer practical help or monetary donations please call Unicef:

UNICEF (UK) Land-line 0300 330 5580 OR Text 0786 0027540 (UK only)

  • Pray for the loved ones of the those in the Hurricane hit countries, many of whom have lost family members, or are having difficulties finding out if they are safe. This is a worrying period. Pray for my family in St.Vincent & The Grenadines and my family & friends, in neighbouring Islands.  Pray for God to carry us all through this very angry  “storm”.
  • Pray for those in war torn areas for Gods peace and wisdom, especially for the children. Pray too for the Emergency Services as well as those such as The Red Cross, Save The Children,  Christian Mission & CAFOD to name a few, who are assisting these countries with the injured, refugees and amenities such as water, food & shelter. Their work is both invaluable and comforting whilst they work in immensely dangerous areas. Please pray for Gods continued protection over them in Jesus name.
  • Pray for my family on the memorial of my Father and Nieces passing. Pray that we as a family, will continue to walk in love, unity and peace. Pray for my brother & sister in-law who are still struggling with the loss of their daughter. That God will comfort their grief.
  • Pray for the Barrow family who have lost their Mother and Grandmother, she has gone on rejoicing to meet her Maker Jesus. Pray for strength in their season of mourning.
  • Pray for marriages and families which are struggling, especially where children are involved. Please pray for forgiveness to reign and that they remain as a revived, loving unit. I have had many requests for urgent prayers for relationships and families. Let us ask God to send His love, peace, wisdom and restoration  to the brokenness in these families.
  • Pray for healing for Gilly who hurt her right arm and is struggling with pain. Pray for the full use and range to be restored in her arm.
  • Continued prayer for healing for Inspector Heflin-Scott that God will make him whole.
  • Continued prayer for Raj’s Grandmother and comfort to the family during this difficult time of uncertainty.
  • Pray for our Communities for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, to intervene as the senseless gun and knife violence and deaths, increase. If ever we needed Jesus, it is now.
  • Pray for our Government that the leadership of this country will be done with Spiritual wisdom and integrity. Pray too, that we as a Nation will change our ways to honour God, repent, turn & indeed return to Him, in these closing days.

Thank you all for standing with me in unity and prayer in the mighty name of  Jesus Christ. There is much to pray for and many to intercede on behalf of. The Bible says if we “have faith the size of a grain of mustard seed we can order the mountain to be moved  into the sea”. Today, in using even one grain of faith in God, indeed by using ‘the measure of faith He gave to each of us equally’; and by believing that He in us, will move that mountain and heal the sick. Our faith must be in Jesus & He is potent enough to bring strongholds down. There is nothing too hard for the God of ALL flesh!

May your day be filled with joy and your burdens & trials light, as we hand everything over to Jesus because the enemy are NO MATCH FOR HIM! Amen? Amen!!!?? I pray that God blesses us & keeps us & makes His face shine upon us & grants us His peace?

Samantha?

About Samantha Alexander

I am a born again Christian and I attend The Refuge Church of The Living God, St. Mary's, Clissold Park, North London. I come from an extremely large Christian family, being one of 8 children,'sibling' to many foster children & I'm married to a gorgeous serving Officer. We share two wonderful, at times a handful?, extremely talented & sporty children. We are blessed by the laughter & joy they bring us. My role in the Met is within the Specialist Crime Directorate and I have been a Forensic Practitioner for the past 15years. I have overcome much adversity with my health & had it not been for Gods hand upon me, my faith & good support from my family & really beautiful colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
God has positioned me here for such a time as this & He has now opened this wonderful door to London Christian Police Family.
I love to laugh & encourage people around me & my joy definitely springs up when we can smile through our storms. May God ever bless you, Samantha?
