Today’s exhortation – do not fear

Recent events have left many people fearful about the future and understandably so. However, I believe The Lord wants us to renounce any agreement we have with fear! Fear of death, current world circumstances, etc. It’s not our place to fear For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (‭II Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬). I also believe the word of The Lord for this season is, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭54‬:‭15, 17‬).

Praise The Lord! The Lord is a warrior; The Lord is His Name. (‭Exodus‬ ‭15‬:‭3‬). He will not suffer our foot to be moved! The enemy seeks all kinds of ways to attack us, but he is thwarted at every turn. What we are seeing now is nothing new under the sun. In Numbers 22:10-12, the king of Moab hired a prophet called Balaam to curse the Israelites, but God intervened. He said to Balaam, “You must not put a curse on those people, because they are blessed.” Whatever evil is intended for us, God’ll turn it for our good for we’re blessed and highly favoured. Amen
