Today’s exhortation – He’s in control

Nothing happens to us without our Father knowing about it first and He’s not taken by surprise when calamity comes on us. The bible says Are not two little sparrows sold for a penny? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s leave (consent) and notice. (Matthew 10:29 AMP). I think that should fill us with great comfort because if His eyes are on the sparrow, how much more us whom He purchased with the blood of Jesus? The Lord declared, “I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’”(Isaiah‬ ‭46‬:‭10‬)

We also know from the bible that God has His protection around us, our family and all we have and no harm can come to us unless He allows it. He also sets limits on how far the enemy can go. We must try to recall these truths in difficult times. Furthermore, The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step]. (Psalm 37:23 AMP). Nothing happens to us by coincidence. Rest assured, today’s battles will be tomorrow’s victories. Amen!
