Today’s exhortation – healing of soul hurts

Freedom from the bondage of emotional pain is the goal here so we’ve to be real and transparent when dealing with hurts.
– To begin with, we must take each individual hurt from our list and pour out our complaint to The Lord and tell Him exactly how we feel. (Psalms‬ ‭142:1-7).
– We must set our will to forgive and release all the people who are on our list and ask The Lord to forgive us for holding the sin/hurt against them. It’s also to our benefit to forgive as it sets us free and if we want mercy, we must readily give it.
-We must forgive ourselves for the anger and resentment we’ve been harbouring against them. We must then ask The Lord to forgive us for all our unforgiveness.
– We must release and give to The Lord all our anger, hatred, grief, pain, sorrow, fear, shame and other feelings of hurt.

– Firmly declare, “I break all agreement with all lies the enemy placed in my life because of that hurt, esp the lie that (specify the lie, eg “lie that I’m useless””
– Firmly declare, “I renounce and break all agreements with this lie and the powers of darkness, and I cancel all agreements with any demons now and forever!”
– “I break off the trauma or wounds from the hurt from all parts of my being, body, soul (mind/emotions/feelings) and spirit.”
– Declare, “I choose to accept and believe the truth about the hurt that God never wanted it to happen to me and He only wants good for my life.”
– Finally, ask Jesus to wash all hurt areas with His blood and replace them with His love and healing. Then, ask Holy Spirit to come and fill the areas with His presence.
