Today’s exhortation – our Shepherd

When we pray, “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.” We must recognise that the Shepherd we speak of is not just a Shepherd. He is the Almighty and He says, “For all the animals of the forest are mine, and I own the cattle on a thousand hills.” Psalms‬ ‭50:10‬). “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.” (Haggai‬ ‭2:8‬). There’s no need He can’t meet and there’s no beast that can attack us when we are with our Shepherd. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the First and the Last. He is our rock, our fortress, and our deliverer; our God, our strength, in whom we will trust; our buckler, and the horn of our salvation, and our high tower.” (Psalms‬ ‭18:2‬)

Don’t put the enemy on the same level as our God! He is beneath His feet, and very soon the bible says, “And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly…” (Romans‬ ‭16:20). Whatever battle or fight you may find yourself in, you’re not in this fight by yourself, the shepherd is with you. Person needing healing He is the great Physician. What ever you need, the Shepherd is coming. Let Him lead you besides green pastures and restore your soul. Peace, be still and know that He is God. He’s got you. This is not just another encouraging message, it’s the truth! Have an amazing week. God bless you
